Team Management & Consulting takes health, safety and environmental concerns seriously and adds security and training to this commitment. All Team Management employees and managers are trained in safe operations and environmental requirements. Education is ongoing and customized for each division and job to ensure the latest standards in HSE are met or exceeded. We strive to complete projects on time and on budget and still be accident free and eco-friendly.
Health
Team Management believes in ensuring the well-being of all its employees, no matter their position or task. As part of this commitment, we provide the necessary information, education, equipment and tools to employees and clients for each task. Quality personal protective equipment (PPE) is required and supplied to all personnel. In addition, job tasks are reviewed on a regular basis to ensure current safety measures are adequate and case mitigation is provided to reduce lost time accidents (LTA).
A round-the-clock assistance for accident or illness is provided by trained personnel and a 24-hour employee assistance hot line is available. "Fit for duty" exams are part of our procedures, as well as 100 percent paid safety training for all Team Management employees. As we value our team, we also provide custom wellness programs to our staff.
Safety
Safety first is more than just a motto to our team. Every Team Management employee signs a "stop work" authority form when they join our team. Safety starts in the hiring process of field personnel with an in-depth review of job history and resume investigation of all prospective employees. Only competent personnel familiar with safe work practices are hired and SAFEGULF/SAFELAND training are mandatory.
Team Management has an ever-evolving policies and procedures manual that grows with the company as our services expand. Our managers are available 24 hours a day to consult with employees about potential concerns and OSHA complaint reporting is mandatory.
Environment
Team Management takes its responsibility to the environment as seriously as getting the job done. All employees are trained in being responsible stewards to the Earth and ongoing education and training for all staff members on the latest environmental issues is mandatory.
Team has made a long-term commitment to sustainability and chooses non-polluting and energy-efficient products and technologies whenever possible. We consistently monitor our progress in environmental efforts and regularly review green performance.
In addition to our new facility located in Lafayette, Louisiana, meeting all "eco-friendly” standards, we also have an energy-reduction policy in place.
