Safety first is more than just a motto to our team. Every Team Management employee signs a "stop work" authority form when they join our team. Safety starts in the hiring process of field personnel with an in-depth review of job history and resume investigation of all prospective employees. Only competent personnel familiar with safe work practices are hired and SAFEGULF/SAFELAND training are mandatory.
Team Management has an ever-evolving policies and procedures manual that grows with the company as our services expand. Our managers are available 24 hours a day to consult with employees about potential concerns and OSHA complaint reporting is mandatory.
At the management level, an open-door policy with the HSSE director is part of company policy, as well as onsite visits by the HSSE director to audit field work. Team Managementís safety director is a retired U.S. Coast Guard Maritime Safety Investigator, and a founding member of the Department of Homeland Security with over 27 years of experience in the oil & gas industry.
In addition, we:
  • Are members of PEC Premier/ISN Networld;
  • Are behavioral safety-based company proprietors; and
  • Required NFPA/Fire Marshal inspections for all office facilities.
