Team Management believes in ensuring the well-being of all its employees, no matter their position or task. As part of this commitment, we provide the necessary information, education, equipment and tools to employees and clients for each task. Quality personal protective equipment (PPE) is required and supplied to all personnel. In addition, job tasks are reviewed on a regular basis to ensure current safety measures are adequate and case mitigation is provided to reduce lost time accidents (LTA).
A round-the-clock assistance for accident or illness is provided by trained personnel and a 24-hour employee assistance hot line is available. "Fit for duty" exams are part of our procedures, as well as 100 percent paid safety training for all Team Management employees.
As we value our team, we also provide custom wellness programs to our staff.
